Annual Appeal Letter from the Co-Presidents
Dear Sprague Families,
As PTO Co-Presidents, and on behalf of the Sprague PTO Board, we would like to welcome you back to school and give a warm welcome to our students and families from Hunnewell. We hope you have all had a fantastic summer, and are ready and excited to be at Sprague School.
We are serving as the co-presidents for this school year. Wendy is mom to Oliver (1JM) and Josh (3JL) and Rose is mom to Sofia (7th at WMS) and Teagan (4TD). We are honored and excited to head up this collaborative and inclusive organization. We’re looking forward to connecting and reconnecting with all of you!
We will hold monthly PTO meetings open to the Sprague Community. We would love for everyone to get involved in some way. No involvement is too little! Our best hope is that everyone always feels welcome, needed and appreciated; it really does take a village.

Annual Appeal
We support Sprague with a $75,000 operating budget, primarily funded by family contributions. The majority of this budget is allocated toward:

Student Enrichment (visiting authors, grade level programming)

Yearbooks

All-school Assemblies

Literacy and STEM programming

Teacher Support - classroom materials and professional development

Library materials

Learning center support
The suggested donation for the 2023-24 school year is $100 per child.
